Are you a communications professional with a passion for driving meaningful internal engagement? Join a dynamic, purpose-driven team where your work has real impact across a high-profile transformation program.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Internal Communications Specialist to support a large-scale change initiative. You'll play a key role in planning, developing and delivering internal communication strategies that keep employees informed, engaged and aligned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver engaging internal content across a range of channels (e.g. intranet, video, presentations).
  • Support the development of communication strategies, key messages, and stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to understand business needs and tailor communications accordingly.
  • Manage multiple communication initiatives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

What We're Looking For

  • Tertiary qualification in communications, public relations or journalism, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of internal communication best practices and tools.
  • Proven ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities.
  • Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Office.
  • Bonus: Change management experience, photo/video editing, and design skills.
