Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Strategy Specialist to support the development and execution of pricing strategies that drive growth, enhance customer value and price perception.

In this role, you will use data analytics to provide actionable insights, inform decision-making, and help deliver measurable outcomes across the business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Pricing Framework Development: Assist in designing, monitoring, and refining pricing frameworks to balance competitiveness, profitability, and customer perception
  • Market Analysis: Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and price movements to identify opportunities and risks
  • Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the impact of pricing initiatives, providing recommendations to enhance outcomes
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams across the organisation to support the alignment of pricing strategies with business goals
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to improvements in pricing processes, data quality, and analytical approaches
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Pricing, Commercial or Strategy roles (retail or FMCG experience preferred)
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights
  • Solid presentation and storytelling skills, capable of clearly conveying insights both verbally and through compelling visual slides
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; SQL or other analytical tools an advantage
  • Commercial understanding of the relationship between pricing, sales, and profitability
  • Strong communication skills, able to present insights clearly and effectively
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and eagerness to grow in a fast-paced environment
