Senior Banking Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Banking Professional to drive substantial growth and scaling within our existing banking relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and relationship management, with a proven track record of achieving exponential revenue growth targets.
This role involves end-to-end management of client relationships, pursuing aggressive growth, and managing complex operational activities related to the banking accounts.
Responsibilities- End-to-end management of client relationship, pursue aggressive growth, P&L management.
- Lead sales activities to achieve exponential revenue growth targets in the assigned territory.
- Structure high-value, strategic deals, leveraging industry knowledge to identify upcoming disruptions.
- Develop strategies and change management tactics for growth and increased wallet share in banking accounts.
- Manage and nurture C-level relationships, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to expand the relationship and introduce new business.
