About the Role

We are looking for a creative and driven professional to support our Graphics category. As a Product Development Assistant, you will act as a key liaison between buyers and suppliers, ensuring accurate communication with internal and external stakeholders and timely production completion. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Style production coordination
  • Production and shipping schedule management
  • Lab dip, trims, strike-offs, and bulk fabrics approval
  • Garment measurements and fittings
  • Sample coordination
  • Technical drawings creation

Our Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a candidate with a graduate degree or qualification in a relevant field, such as Fashion, Textiles, or Production. You should have basic knowledge of product specifications, garment construction, measurement, fabric, and fiber knowledge. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Illustrator is also required. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, along with the ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines, is essential.
