Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling phone calls from existing customers, delivering exceptional service, and identifying new business opportunities. They will also work closely with the sales team to develop quality leads and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to business customers to provide exceptional service and build relationships
  • Sell solutions consultatively and make recommendations to prospects and customers
  • Identify new business lead opportunities and communicate them to the sales team
  • Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, conversations, and networking
  • Effectively manage and resolve all customer enquiries in a timely manner
  • Focus on client retention and protect the existing portfolio by identifying opportunities to re-sign and upgrade contracts
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure customer enquiries are resolved efficiently
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in Sales and/or Customer Service is essential
