Job Opportunity: Heavy Air Lift Systems Contract Manager

Job Description:

The successful candidate will assist in the management of contracts related to the KC-30A Multi Role Tanker Transport, C-17A Globemaster Heavy Lift Transport, Boeing Business Jet and Falcon 7X Special Purpose capability. This will include assisting with contract negotiation, tender evaluation, and contract performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the management of contractor performance;
- Develop and evaluate statements of work;
- Review and assess commercial documentation;
- Communicate and manage relationships with stakeholders across Defence and Industry.

Benefits:

This role offers an additional remuneration benefit known as a Building Defence Capability Payment (BDCP). This enables Defence to provide a premium for positions in occupational disciplines that are critical to Defence capability.

About Our Team:

We are a multidisciplinary team within the Airlift and Tanker Systems branch of the Aerospace Systems Division. We are responsible for sustaining and enhancing the RAAF's aircraft capabilities for Air Force.
