We are seeking an experienced and skilled service technician to join our team. As a mobile and crawler crane service technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional on-site after-sales support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of crane systems to ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues in hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems to minimize downtime.
  • Performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and load-testing to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Training clients on safe crane operation, maintenance protocols, and troubleshooting basics.
  • Collaborating with engineering and sales teams to escalate complex issues and improve product design.
  • Documenting service activities, including fault diagnostics, repairs, and parts usage, in detailed reports.
  • Managing spare parts inventory and liaising with suppliers for timely procurement.
  • Ensuring adherence to workplace safety regulations and industry best practices.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum 3 years of hands-on experience servicing heavy lifting equipment, preferably cranes.
  • Strong communication skills in English; ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • A valid driver's license and ability to work autonomously.
