- Complete functional assessments for children with developmental concerns or disabilities, determining their needs and ensuring timely referrals to appropriate support pathways.
- Connect families to community services and mainstream programs to enhance their social participation and access to essential services.
- Guide families through NDIS plan reassessments, gathering evidence, assisting with goal development, and ensuring the right support is in place.
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate professional who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families.
You will have:
- A diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood, Allied Health, Social Work, or a related field.
- Experience in working with children and families, particularly those with developmental concerns or disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with families.
- A commitment to providing high-quality support and services that meet the needs of children and families.
We offer a range of benefits and rewards to support your career growth and well-being, including:
- Competitive salary packaging options.
- Generous annual leave entitlements.
- Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
