About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Coordinator, where you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of early childhood services at a local level.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Support families through a child and family-centred approach, ensuring children receive the appropriate interventions based on best practice evidence.
  • Use your diploma or higher qualifications in Early Childhood, Allied Health, Social Work, or a related field to support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Complete functional assessments for children with developmental concerns or disabilities, determining their needs and ensuring timely referrals to appropriate support pathways.
  • Connect families to community services and mainstream programs to enhance their social participation and access to essential services.
  • Guide families through NDIS plan reassessments, gathering evidence, assisting with goal development, and ensuring the right support is in place.
About You

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate professional who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families.

You will have:

  • A diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood, Allied Health, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Experience in working with children and families, particularly those with developmental concerns or disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with families.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality support and services that meet the needs of children and families.
