Mortgage Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Trainee Mortgage and Protection Specialist to drive customer satisfaction throughout the mortgage process.
The ideal candidate will be adaptable, self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced target-driven environment. They will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
- Support Estate Agency teams through training and guidance.
- Attract new customers and achieve professional goals within a result-driven environment.
- Guide customers through the entire mortgage service providing advice on products that meet their needs.
- Attend regular branch meetings to discuss best practice and build lasting relationships.
The successful Trainee Mortgage and Protection Specialist will hold a CeMap or industry equivalent qualification and be able to generate new business in a target-driven environment. They will also possess IT literacy and a Full UK driving license.
