uBroker Finance Group is a premium brokerage collective of experienced, independent mortgage and finance professionals. We deliver end-to-end loan management services — from applications, bank reviews, and discharges — to complimentary value-adds such as property valuations, property reviews, and loan structuring advice.

Based in Mount Waverley, VIC, we support new-to-industry brokers through our MFAA Accredited Mentorship Program, offering tailored training, accreditation assistance, and long-term mentoring. For established business owners, we integrate uBroker-enabled credit services to expand their offering, grow revenue, and strengthen market differentiation.

We provide finance solutions across residential loans, development loans, SMSF loans, commercial loans, and asset finance.

Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Mortgage Broker to join our growing team. This hybrid role involves managing the full lending process — from client onboarding through to settlement and discharge — while also driving business growth by developing new markets, building channels, and converting leads into closed deals.

You will consult clients on tailored finance solutions, provide debt consolidation advice, and deliver expert brokerage services across our full suite of lending products: residential, development, SMSF, commercial, and asset finance. You'll maintain strong professional relationships with clients, lenders, and referral partners while ensuring compliance and exceptional client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the complete loan process, including applications, reviews, and discharges.

* Advise clients on loan options, structuring, and debt consolidation.

* Develop new market opportunities and establish strategic sales channels.

* Identify, nurture, and convert leads into settled deals.

* Deliver solutions across residential, development, SMSF, commercial, and asset finance.

* Maintain and grow relationships with clients, lenders, and referral partners.

* Conduct mortgage marketing and client outreach initiatives.

* Ensure adherence to all lender policies, compliance requirements, and industry regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

* Proven experience in mortgage brokerage, finance, or a related field.

* Knowledge of debt consolidation strategies and mortgage marketing.

* Demonstrated ability to develop markets, build channels, and convert leads into deals.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

* Relevant qualifications or certifications in finance or mortgage broking (Cert IV preferred).

* Ability to work on-site in Mount Waverley, VIC, with hybrid flexibility.

* Previous experience in a similar role or within the finance industry advantageous.
