We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Leader to join our team as Third in Charge at our Homebush store. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and take on new challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Support the management team in the successful operation of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, merchandising, and inventory processes are in place.
- Drive and motivate a team of outdoor enthusiasts, creating an enjoyable experience for each and every customer.
- Take responsibility for the operations of the store in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
- Strong retail or customer service experience with sound knowledge of retail operations, including stock control and visual merchandising.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
- A passion for the outdoors and our products, with a genuine desire to grow and develop the business.
- A competitive salary of approximately $70,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
