Hubspot Implementation Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a challenging role as the hands-on builder and system owner of Hubspot. If you are looking for a position where you can make a visible impact, streamline processes, and drive growth, then this could be the perfect fit.

About the Role:

  • Pipeline Streamlining: Shorten, simplify, and reduce friction in every pipeline so teams can work faster and more effectively.
  • Change Management: Reduce clutter, keep change fatigue low, and make Hubspot intuitive for non-technical users. Ensure adoption is smooth and teams get the information they need easily and quickly.
  • Workflow Building: Implement automations, lead routing, nurturing sequences, and lifecycle management.
  • Reporting: Build dashboards that drive real decisions for leadership and sales teams.
  • Data Hygiene: Maintain a reliable, structured, and scalable CRM foundation.
  • System Integration: Connect Hubspot with our LMS, CMS, billing systems, and future platforms.
  • Leadership: Work directly with 2 inhouse HubSpot specialists, guiding them while building alongside them.
