Job Overview:

The Online Trade Activation Manager will oversee online retail media planning and execution for brands across omni-channel retail clients.

This role leads the campaign lifecycle, from initial planning to optimization and post-campaign analysis.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead planning, development, and execution of online retail media for professional products divisions’ brands.
  • Develop and implement trade marketing strategies for key accounts in collaboration with category and activation business managers.
  • Drive best practices for product and brand page implementation.
  • Collaborate with client activation leads on retailer execution work-in-progress documents.
  • Provide expert recommendations for budget allocation and track monthly measurement of retail media budgets.
  • Oversee the execution process for online retail media assets and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with agencies, brands, and clients to maximize online executions through integrated omni-channel approaches.

  • Deep knowledge of retail media channels and design with a strong understanding of the digital landscape.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • A strategic mindset grounded in data analysis to inform future recommendations.
