Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Principal Product Manager to lead the development of our web 3 games platform. This role will be responsible for building out market leading products and driving impact in the market through delivery of differentiated product offerings.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position that requires strong communication skills, ability to influence decisions, and experience working in highly technical environments. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering impact in a product area and be able to guide us as we grow the market from early adopter game studios and gamers into the mainstream market.

  • Guide us as we scale rapidly and build out our market leading web 3 games platform.
  • Build product strategy & vision in collaboration with the team and product leadership.
  • Drive a long-term product roadmap and ensure there is a close alignment between product and our GTM team.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with engineering teams and designers to deliver impact in a product area they have been responsible for.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence decisions.
  • Ability to generate alignment amongst stakeholders, as well as clearly and concisely communicate the team's mission and vision to senior leadership.
  • Experience working in a highly technical environment. Ability to rapidly master technical concepts, and work with engineers to identify the right path forward when encountering technical barriers.
