As a full-cycle Recruiter (Contract), you ll work closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and Recruiting Partners to attract top talent in engineering and game production - primarily for our Sydney office.You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and engaging candidates to delivering a smooth and inclusive interview experience.
You ll also have the opportunity to contribute to broader recruiting initiatives, including process improvements and discipline-level projects.This is a 6 month contract position based in Sydney, Australia.
Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers and Recruiting Partners to deeply understand team needs and build targeted hiring strategiesSource top technical and production talent using a blend of direct outreach, networking, and creative channelsReview and qualify incoming applicants and passive candidates for fit and interestProvide a best-in-class candidate experience through timely, transparent communicationManage candidate pipelines and keep stakeholders aligned throughout the processHelp evolve our recruiting practices and support continuous improvement efforts Required Qualifications: 3+ years of sourcing and recruiting experience in the tech or gaming industriesHands-on experience with Greenhouse (or comparable ATS)Skilled in sourcing tools including LinkedIn, Boolean search, and deep web strategiesProven success engaging passive candidates from top-tier companiesStrong ability to track, report, and communicate recruiting metrics to business stakeholdersComfortable building cross-functional relationships and managing stakeholder expectations Desired Qualifications: Experience recruiting within the games industryFamiliarity with hiring for technical or production rolesRiot Games fosters a player and workplace experience that values teamwork embodied by the Summoner's Code and Community Code.
