Recruiter (Contract)
, you'll work closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and Recruiting Partners to attract top talent in engineering and game production - primarily for our Sydney office.
You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and engaging candidates to delivering a smooth and inclusive interview experience. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to broader recruiting initiatives, including process improvements and discipline-level projects.
This is a 6 month contract position based in Sydney, Australia.
Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers and Recruiting Partners to deeply understand team needs and build targeted hiring strategies
Source top technical and production talent using a blend of direct outreach, networking, and creative channels
Review and qualify incoming applicants and passive candidates for fit and interest
Provide a best-in-class candidate experience through timely, transparent communication
Manage candidate pipelines and keep stakeholders aligned throughout the process
Help evolve our recruiting practices and support continuous improvement efforts
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of sourcing and recruiting experience in the tech or gaming industries
Hands-on experience with Greenhouse (or comparable ATS)
Skilled in sourcing tools including LinkedIn, Boolean search, and deep web strategies
Proven success engaging passive candidates from top-tier companies
Strong ability to track, report, and communicate recruiting metrics to business stakeholders
Comfortable building cross-functional relationships and managing stakeholder expectations
Desired Qualifications:
Experience recruiting within the games industry
Familiarity with hiring for technical or production roles
