We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Digital Signage Product Development Manager to lead our product development team in driving the technical direction of our digital signage products.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our global technology company, Coates Group, and contribute to creating immersive brand experiences for our customers.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in hardware product management, with a focus on electronic products. They will be responsible for prioritizing customer and internal needs, monitoring field performance, and managing data on deployed units to inform product lifecycle management, roadmaps, and EOL strategies.

This role requires strong technical skills, business acumen, and excellent communication skills to work closely with design, engineering, and business development teams.

In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Drive Technical Direction: Lead the technical direction of product development, ensuring alignment with customer and market demands.
  • Prioritize Customer Needs: Understand and prioritize customer needs to drive feature development and resolve pain points effectively.
  • Monitor Field Performance: Utilize technical skills to monitor field performance and manage data on deployed units.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with design, engineering, and business development teams to deliver feature development.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes an annual market-competitive bonus program, flexible work options, and dedicated time to prioritize health and wellbeing.
