About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced GP to join our team as a Medical Director. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our medical staff, developing and implementing clinical policies, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to our medical staff
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a salary range of $400,000+ per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:

Essential Criteria

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential criteria:

  • Be a registered Medical Practitioner with AHPRA
  • Hold Specialist Registration with AHPRA or equivalent
  • Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Be eligible for Australian citizenship or hold a valid visa
