NTI's in-house Service Centre provides 24/7 roadside and accident assistance for heavy motor customers. We're looking for enthusiastic, pragmatic, and empathetic Service Consultants to support our customers in their time of need.
This is not your standard call Centre; we invest in our team and provide comprehensive training to ensure success in the role. As a permanent team member, you'll be allocated an 8-hour shift between 6:30am and 8:30pm Monday – Friday, with opportunities for overtime and shift uplifts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Answering and responding professionally to high-volume inbound calls and emails from customers, clients, partners, and intermediaries
- Assisting with general enquiries and directing calls to the correct internal departments
- Providing administrative support for non-call related activities
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a service/call Centre environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric approach and a commitment to excellence
- Versatile with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, negotiate, handle multiple priorities, and manage expectations
- High levels of resilience and ability to cope well under pressure
