We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to lead our commercial relationship with Coles in the Australian market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and delivering sales and market share objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for Coles, focusing on the 12-month commercial plan.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales and market share objectives by brand and category.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and meet KPIs, promoting a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Drive sales and profit revenue budgets for the Coles portfolio, with a focus on profit delivery.
- Lead and inspire the Coles Grocery Team and key priority customers to drive excellence in execution.
