Production Machine Operator Role

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious production machine operator for a permanent full-time position. This is a hands-on role involving the operation and maintenance of various mechanical production equipment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in operating machinery and possess strong mechanical aptitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

This role requires physical fitness and the ability to handle manual tasks, as well as a strong work ethic and reliability.

A safety-focused approach is essential, along with good communication skills and the ability to record production output accurately.

In this role, you will be responsible for operating a range of machinery and equipment, including presses, furnaces, grinders, welders, cutters, paint lines, and packing equipment.

You will also be required to load and unload products, assist with stacking product, and monitor product quality, reporting any faults to the relevant authorities.

Maintaining clean work areas and adhering to all safety procedures is crucial in this role.
