Equipment Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service / Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently, providing exceptional customer service in all interactions.
- Instruct and demonstrate to customers on how to safely use equipment.
- Perform pickup and delivery of equipment from customer sites, including safe loading and unloading.
This is a critical link between our branch, customers, and their projects. As a representative of Kennards Hire, you will be responsible for ensuring our equipment is ready for hire and providing expert advice to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain the high standard and quality of equipment through regular servicing and minor repairs.
- Clean and maintain branch facilities and equipment as required.
- Conduct equipment 'check in' and 'check out' inspections.
About You
The successful applicant will have a valid driver's licence, the ability to work weekends on a rotating roster, and some physical components, including lifting and standing for long periods. We require a level of physical fitness and the ability to pass a drug test.
