Professional Learning Manager

This role is responsible for managing learning and development programs across the organization.
- Develop and implement annual learning strategies to support team building and customer engagement excellence.
- Design, develop, and deliver effective adult learning solutions using global and local content.
- Foster a culture where everyone takes ownership of their learning and development.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales or field-based capability, training, or learning and development roles.
You should have evidence of classroom and online learning design leading to lasting behavior change and be able to mentor, lead, and empower high-performing teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to present complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
A commitment to creating an inclusive work environment where people can be their best selves is essential.
