Job Opportunity: Learning Coordinator

">You will be key in assisting the L&D team in delivering digital and blended learning solutions. You'll thrive in a supportive team environment where your ideas for improving processes and boosting efficiency are welcomed and valued.
">This role can be situated in one of our metro offices.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Support the Learning & Development team in delivering Leadership and Capability program initiatives.">
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) efficiently.">
- Serve as the primary contact for learning-related inquiries across the firm.">
- Develop reporting dashboards and conduct trend analysis.">
- Assist in coordinating programs and managing learning events.">
- Contribute to evaluating and analysing the effectiveness of training delivered.">
Requirements:
">- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and prioritisation skills.">
- Proactive and organised professional with a solid background in learning/training coordination.">
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems.">
- Experience in reporting and data analysis.">
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.">
- Collaborative and professional approach with strong communication skills.">
- Degree, Diploma or Certificate in either Adult Education, L&D, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.">
