Role OverviewThis role involves working closely with a team of educators to develop and implement innovative early learning programs that reflect current best practices in the field.
- Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Design and implement an early learning program that aligns with our curriculum framework.
- Document and share with families the learning and development of their children.
- Contribute to the implementation and adoption of our curriculum framework.

- A Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards).
- Prior experience in long day-care settings.
- Sound knowledge and application of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.
- Current Working with Children's Check.
