We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Manager to join our team. As a key member of our payroll department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our pay processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage fortnightly and monthly payrolls with high accuracy using advanced payroll software.
  • Collaborate closely with our outsourced provider to process New Zealand payroll and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.
  • Manage employee leave requests, terminations calculations, employment contracts, company policies, and legislation to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  • Investigate and resolve complex payroll queries to provide exceptional customer service.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 3-5+ years of payroll experience in end-to-end payroll processing environments.
  • Knowledge or experience with ADP Payforce is highly preferred but not essential.
  • Experience working with an outsourced provider would be beneficial.
  • Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
  • Strong and effective communication skills.
