Job Title: Senior Payroll Officer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Payroll Officer to join our payroll team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end payroll processing, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

This is a challenging 6-month fixed-term contract opportunity that will allow you to develop your skills and experience in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for assisting in the processing of ANZ payroll for approximately 1000+ employees on a fortnightly and monthly basis using ADP.

You will work closely with an outsourced provider to process NZ payroll and ensure compliance with company policy, agreements, and legislation. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the processing of fortnightly and monthly payrolls with high accuracy using ADP
  • Process pay for AUS and work closely with an outsourced provider to process NZ payroll
  • Evaluate and action payroll-related requests and complex payroll queries

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of payroll experience within end-to-end payroll processing environments
  • Knowledge/experience using ADP Payforce is highly preferred but not essential
  • Experience working with an outsourced provider would be beneficial
