Key Responsibilities
  • Process fortnightly and monthly payrolls with precision using ADP, ensuring high accuracy and compliance with company policies, agreements, and legislation.
  • Collaborate closely with an outsourced provider to process NZ payroll and AUS payments efficiently.
  • Effectively manage leave requests, terminations, employment contracts, company policies, and legislative requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve complex payroll queries promptly.
Requirements
  • Hold 3-5+ years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing environments.
  • Demonstrate knowledge or experience using ADP Payforce, which is highly beneficial.
  • Prior work with an outsourced provider is advantageous.
  • Exhibit excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
  • Display strong and effective communication skills.
