Job Summary

This role involves working with the product manager and the team to ensure technical design aligns with initiative goals and objectives. As a strategic solution developer, you will be responsible for setting up the development team for success, providing necessary information, technical user stories, and tech designs to facilitate their work. You will also define, propose, and evolve appropriate solution options based on business needs, current state, and target state.

You will take ownership of solution design and verification post-implementation. Additionally, you will proactively recommend changes to improve our products as technology evolves and ensure that the solution is aligned with business metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the product manager and squad to ensure technical design aligns with initiative goals and objectives.
  • Establish the development team for success, providing necessary information, technical user stories, and tech designs.
  • Define, propose, and evolve appropriate solution options based on business needs, current state, and target state.
  • Take ownership of solution design and verification post-implementation.
  • Proactively recommend changes to improve our products as technology evolves and ensure alignment with business metrics.
Requirements
  • More than 8 years of experience working as a Tech Analyst on SaaS products, BPM, and Digital Automation platforms such as Pega.
  • Strong knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture patterns including SOAP and REST-based implementation patterns.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML, RPA.
  • A degree in software engineering/IT or equivalent experience.

Estimated Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
