About the Opportunity

We seek an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to join our team on a full-time basis at Club Wyong located in Wyong, NSW.

This dynamic role will involve preparing and cooking diverse dining options while maintaining the highest standards and executing high-quality meals to ensure a consistent guest experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Efficiently manage food preparation and presentation
  • Ensure consistency in serving quality and presentation
  • Prepare and serve bistro and function meals
  • Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory rotation
  • Comply with food handling practices and general cleaning duties
  • Foster a positive guest experience through exceptional food quality

About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Previous kitchen experience
  • Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery
  • Food Handling certificate
  • Self-discipline and teamwork skills
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • Flexibility to work varied rosters, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
