**Back of House Team Member**

We are looking for someone who can think on their feet and adapt to a busy environment. Someone who is reliable and can interact in a professional positive manner.

You will have attention to detail and a keen interest in cooking.

You will help the chefs prep food and support the kitchen with all tasks.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Execute food items according to standards and guidelines
- Assist in preparing, making and plating food items for customers
- Manage food safety standards and practices while in the kitchen
- Cleans kitchen equipment, tools, and utensils in a timely and organized manner
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment
- Assist with food preparation, restocking, and storage of supplies and ingredients
- Communicate effectively and professionally with other staff members

**Qualifications**:

- Previous hospitality experience is not essential but handy
- Ability to lift moderate to heavy items when necessary
- Reliable transportation is required
- Positive team player attitude with strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work various shifts, including mornings, nights, and weekends

**We are open Wednesday - Sunday.**

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: Up to $31.00 per hour
