Community Support Specialist

Are you passionate about providing exceptional service and enhancing the lives of others?

We're seeking a dedicated Community Support Specialist to join our team at our Mountain View Retirement Village in Murwillumbah.

The Opportunity

In this rewarding role, you'll deliver outstanding support to residents, respond to incidents and queries, and work closely with our friendly and supportive team.

You'll be a true 'all-rounder' within the village, completing various tasks to ensure the operational needs are met. We're looking for someone with flexible work arrangements who can be available to stay overnight and attend to the needs of the community.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support and coverage to our cafe & kitchen staff
  • Offer general admin and concierge services to residents
  • Be the first responder to any village issues that arise
  • Coordinate fun, social, and inclusive activities for residents
  • Complete general domestic cleaning of apartments or common areas

About You:
  • Experience in customer-facing roles is highly desired
  • A warm and friendly personality with the ability to work autonomously
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate required or be willing to obtain prior to employment
  • Current Police Check Certificate required but if you do not possess we can complete for you
