
Workforce Development Specialist

This is a critical role that drives the growth and development of our workforce through impactful learning initiatives.
You will collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions that meet business requirements.
Main Responsibilities- Promote the entire lifecycle of learning and development projects from start to finish.
- Partner with senior leaders to determine capability needs and deliver high-impact learning solutions.
- Support the planning and execution of our annual training program.
- Ensure timely and effective coordination of mandatory compliance training.
- Certificate in Training and Assessment or related field.
- Experience in managing learning management systems and designing effective learning programs.
- Excellent understanding of contemporary learning principles and methodologies.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with conflicting deadlines.
