Job Overview

You will collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions that meet business requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Promote the entire lifecycle of learning and development projects from start to finish.
  • Partner with senior leaders to determine capability needs and deliver high-impact learning solutions.
  • Support the planning and execution of our annual training program.
  • Ensure timely and effective coordination of mandatory compliance training.
Key Requirements
  • Certificate in Training and Assessment or related field.
  • Experience in managing learning management systems and designing effective learning programs.
  • Excellent understanding of contemporary learning principles and methodologies.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with conflicting deadlines.
