Senior Customer Development Manager

Our Account Managers play a pivotal role in driving business growth by fostering strong relationships with customers and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Develop deep customer insights to design and execute effective account plans that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain open lines of communication with multiple stakeholders at both internal and external levels to ensure seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that meet customer goals, service levels, and NPS targets.
- Lead negotiations with assigned customers to facilitate portfolio growth and maintain customer retention.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement initiatives aligned with corporate objectives.
- Previous experience in an Account Manager role, preferably within the Supply Chain or Logistics Management industry.
- Exceptional prioritization, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in MS Excel.
- A proactive approach to supporting customers at all levels, with a focus on building trust and resolving issues efficiently.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
