Overview

Customer Development Manager - Industrial NAPA (Belmont) role at NAPA Australia.

Responsibilities
  • Engage and develop exceptional customer relationships
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings, trade shows and training sessions
  • Achieve sales budgets through a proactive and innovative approach
  • Build relationships with customers and company stakeholders; understand customer needs and proactively solve problems to grow sales and gross margin in your territory
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • A valid Australian driver's licence is required
  • A passion for all things automotive
About You / Qualifications
  • You are highly engaging with a passion for delivering solutions and service
  • You have a demonstrated track record in business development or account management across parts and equipment
  • You are comfortable acquiring new accounts
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; a team-oriented attitude and drive to be the best
