Job Overview

This is a hands-on, results-driven opportunity to join a leading solar installation team. As a Commercial Solar System Specialist, you will be responsible for installing high-output commercial solar systems across various locations.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in solar or roof work and possess the necessary certifications, including a White Card, Working at Heights, and EWP Ticket (bonus). A valid Driver's License is also required.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Install commercial solar systems ranging from 50kW to 500kW+
  • Maintain quality control during panel mounting, cabling, inverter wiring & switchboard integration
  • Read site plans and operate independently or as part of a crew
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
  • Travel extensively throughout NSW, with occasional night work and paid travel
Key Requirements:
  • 1+ Year of experience in solar or roof work
  • White Card, Working at Heights, and EWP Ticket (bonus)
  • Driver's License
  • Strong work ethic, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
