Job Title: Program Manager, Workplace Health and Safety

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team and make a significant impact on the health and safety of our employees. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs to prevent injuries and illnesses, and promoting a culture of safety across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement safety programs and initiatives to prevent injuries and illnesses
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate safety risks
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain safety metrics and reporting to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide training and support to employees on safety procedures and protocols
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. safety, health, business)
  • 3+ years of experience in safety management or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful safety programs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
