Business Analyst & Planner
About the Role:- As a Business Analyst & Planner, you will be responsible for planning and forecasting all stock requirements ensuring successful procurement and allocation of stock to achieve sales budgets and manage stock levels.
- You will work closely with our Planning Manager to ensure accurate forecasts and order placement on suppliers.
- Key Responsibilities include analysing and interpreting data, ensuring attention to detail, assisting in planning tasks, data extraction, and interpretation on a weekly, monthly, and seasonal basis.
- Analyse and interpret data to ensure an elevated level of accuracy in all tasks.
- Ensure all tasks are completed with attention to detail to attain accuracy.
- Assist the planner in all planning tasks, data extraction, and interpretation on a weekly, monthly, and seasonal basis.
- Provide assistance in preparing Trade Reports, daily Intake reports, Warehouse monitoring, New store plans, range plans, building core forecast sheets.
- Assist the planning team in finalising and implementing agreed store, grading, and merchandise allocation plans.
- Communicate stock levels to buyers in support of accurate forecasts and order placement on suppliers.
- Manage and assess range effectiveness in stores (stock productivity) and prepare feedback.
- Conduct in-season & post-seasonal analysis with quality analysis on sales trends, profitability, product life cycle, pricing, sizing, product attributes.
- Perform monthly store visits to gain insight into customer results of plans and allocations and identify opportunities.
