**Logistics Coordinator**:
Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the planning and operations for Clarins/Trimex in Australia and New Zealand. You will be the key day-to-day link between the supply/demand planners and the company's 3PL by providing support, administration, completing reports and ad-hoc tasks. You will coordinate and monitor all stock imports as well as managing the day-to-day operation with third assemblies/packaging contractors.
- Monitor inbound shipments, maintain inbound summary and liaise with 3PL on priority receipts
- Process supply chain invoices through Expense Manager system e.g. 3PL and transport invoicing
- Build and maintain shipment header in the ERP system
- Generate and create reports for Supply Chain Department
- Create and maintain process procedures for area of responsibility
