Insurance Claims Team Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced Claims Team Leader to join our team and lead the delivery of excellent customer service. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in claims processing and leadership, with a proven track record of delivering results and improving processes. You will be responsible for managing a high-performing team, ensuring accurate and timely claims processing, and providing coaching and guidance to team members.
- You will oversee the day-to-day work of your team to ensure compliance with applicable laws and administrative rules, as well as departmental processes and procedures.
- You will instill a culture of excellence, promoting a team attitude towards delivering consistent, professional, and proactive customer service.
- You will analyze customer satisfaction results, voice of the customer, and quality assurance metrics to design and implement improvements.
