Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
About the PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. This role involves providing expert technical assistance to our customers, ensuring that their IT needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Assist with setup and maintenance of meeting rooms, AV equipment, and other IT infrastructure.
- Co-ordinate the procurement of IT equipment and maintain registers of allocated resources.
- Provide basic system administration for user creation and access requirements.
- Maintain IT assets and ensure hardware and software are up-to-date.
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
- Driver's License.
- Familiarity with remote support tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- A permanent full-time position, 35 hours per week.
- An attractive salary from $62,597 to $67,546 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
