Job Summary:

The successful candidate will serve as a strategic finance leader, responsible for managing the financial and accounting functions of the joint venture. They will work closely with both the JV and Vietnamese parent company to ensure compliance with Australian laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all financial and accounting activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Act as the primary point of contact for financial matters between the JV partner in Australia and the Vietnamese parent company
  • Coordinate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities
  • Support external audits and liaise with relevant regulatory bodies
  • Utilize SAP (the company's accounting software system) to manage financial records and reporting
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CA designation an asset
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in the food, FMCG, or manufacturing sector
  • Strong knowledge of Australian and Vietnamese accounting standards and financial regulations
  • Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Vietnamese language ability an advantage
  • Experience working in cross-cultural or joint venture environments preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a small, dynamic team
Preferred Profiles:
  • Vietnamese international students currently working in Australia, or overseas Vietnamese professionals (Vi?t Ki?u) with Vietnamese language ability
