Overview

Role: Senior Educator | Experience in a Room Leader position is essential. Centre: Goodstart Hobart. Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Monday to Friday | 38 hours per week. Room: Nursery.

Responsibilities

- Take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.

- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.

- Commit to safety and inclusivity, ensuring that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

Qualifications

- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

- Current Tasmanian Working with Children Check
