Location: Tallebudgera (Located on the traditional land of the Kombumerri people)

Employment Type: Full time- 38hrs a week

Pay: Up to $39.35 per hour + Super + Benefits

Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

About Goodstart Tallebudgera

Licensed places: 75

Flexibility options : Open to flexible working arrangements

Programming hours: Minimum of 2 hours program time per week

Community: Close relationship with the local school (only 500m away)

Location: Semi rural with the centre on acreage and not far from the beach

Team: Diverse team of young through to mature age educators.

We have a few long standing staff (20yrs)

You’ll need

Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Current QLDWorking with Children Check
