We are currently seeking an NPD Project Coordinator to support New Product Development (NPD) outcomes within the project management function of LaunchPad.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist in the coordination of our manufacturing trial activities across the group supporting NPD
- Driving the administration activities of NPD projects from concept to release with a strong sense of urgency, supported by our stage gate process.
- Collaborating with sales, engineering, marketing, operations, technical, supply chain, finance, and all other stakeholders to ensure manufacturing trials are supported with appropriate documentation and detail
- Assisting in the delivery in key milestones, supporting customer requirements, and industry and legislative compliance for trials and supporting project activities
- Facilitating technical and non-technical meetings / design / specification and testing reviews; keeping management and other stakeholders informed of trial status and other related developments

Ideally, you will have recent qualifications in Project Management or similar or sound experience in a Project Coordinator or Product Development role, ideally in a PMBok environment. You will also have excellent organisation and communication skills and the ability to build strong business partnerships to influence outcomes.
