The Opportunity
We are looking for experienced or new gradPhysiotherapiststojoin our team, working full time in the Community inPerth WAand surrounds. With a focus on promoting health and wellbeing by enabling people to participate in the everyday, supporting and guiding them to achieve their goals and ultimately to help them live their best lives. You will work with a range of clients, predominantly in the community providing services across the following packages and programs:
- Private services: supporting individuals with self-identified needs.
- Rehab in the home program: focusing on post-orthopaedic surgery
- Hospital in the Homeprogram: supporting clients after hospitalization, including general surgeries
- Home Care Package clients: supporting those in our community who wish to remain independent at home
About you
With an AHPRA registration andinterest in working in the community, you are comfortable working independently and passionate about providing patient centered care.
As a mobile Community Physio, you will need to be comfortable travelling to our clients located acrossPerth metro area and as such provide your own vehicle(kilometre reimbursement provided for this travel).
