About The Role:

- Location: Multiple sites across the Perth Metro Region (e.g., Rockingham – Bullsbrook and in‑between).

- Full Time Opportunity

- Flexible 12‑hour rosters including 4/4 off, day shift only and FIFO

- Family Friendly options

- Full time Relieving Officer roles with additional allowance of up to $2500pa

- Potential earnings up to $90,000 p.a. (subject to availability, hours worked including overtime, classification, and other factors)

What we’re looking for:

- Australian citizenship (essential for security clearance)

- Passion for starting a career in the security industry

- Professional attitude, strong communication skills, and commitment to service

- Reliability, motivation, and eagerness to learn

- Willingness to work across a 24/7 roster including nights and weekends:

- 4/4 rosters (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off)

- Other rosters available, including FIFO Perth on 7 days on 7 days off basis

- Attention to presentation and bearing in all interactions

- Adaptability to an ever‑changing environment

- Critical incident recollection skills

- Lateral thinking and problem‑solving abilities

- Understanding of chain of command and correct escalation process

- Ability to provide detailed, factually accurate reports on security incidents and HSE hazards (electronic or paper)

- Basic IT skills using a range of software

Previous security experience is not required — we’ll provide all the training and support you need.
