About the Role

As a Lead Gardener, you'll be responsible for ensuring our client's standards of garden maintenance are met and exceeded. We are seeking a skilled, experienced, and motivated Lead Gardener to work on various locations and be part of a passionate team.

Responsibilities

- Follow schedules and prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning and fertilising.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices.
- Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actions.
- Interact with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and provide updates on maintenance activities.

About You

- Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens OR minimum 3 years hands on experience in a similar role
- Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
- White Card
- Valid Drivers' license (Manual preferred)
- Team player with excellent communication skills
