**Key Responsibilities**:
- Mowing lawns and maintaining edges to a neat finish
- Trimming and shaping hedges and shrubs
- Weeding and mulching garden beds
- Planting and transplanting flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Operating and maintaining garden machinery
- General garden clean-up and waste removal
- Liaising with clients as required to ensure their gardening preferences are met
- Reporting on garden conditions and any required improvements
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Permanent residency is essential
- Extensive expertise in garden maintenance, with a keen eye for detail
- Experience in the use of hand mowers, brush-cutters, blowers, and other essential garden tools
- A valid Driver’s License and access to a personal vehicle
- A collaborative team player
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive client and team interaction
