About You
You might currently be working in agency recruitment, HR support, or a sourcing role- and now you’re looking for an opportunity to move in-house and expand your skills in a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment.
You’re curious, proactive, and love connecting with people. You’re comfortable using sourcing tools and social media, and you’re excited to learn from experienced Talent Partners and hiring managers. You value relationships, take pride in your communication skills, and want to be part of a team that genuinely supports each other.
Most importantly, you’ll align with our values of Accountability, Bravery, and Care — the heart of how we work together and make a difference in our communities.
Why Green by Nature?
When you join Green by Nature, you’re joining one of Australia and New Zealand’s leading horticulture and landscaping organisations, with teams creating greener, healthier spaces every day.
We’re proud of our inclusive, culture‑first environment — one that encourages collaboration, celebrates ideas, and helps every team member thrive. You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Learn from experienced recruitment professionals in a fast‑paced, high‑performing team.
- Contribute to projects in employer branding, alumni engagement, and talent marketing.
- Build meaningful relationships and grow your career in a supportive setting.
This is a newly created team, giving you the chance to shape it from day one — bringing your ideas, energy, and curiosity to a business that values initiative and learning.
About the Role
As our Sourcing Specialist, you’ll be an important part of our Talent function, helping us attract, engage, and build connections with great people across Australia and New Zealand.
You’ll:
- Proactively source and build candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and Talent Partners to understand workforce needs.
- Conduct talent mapping and market research to support strategic hiring.
- Get involved in projects that elevate our employer brand and candidate experience.
- Contribute to process improvements and help shape our approach to sourcing.
It’s a perfect first or next step in Talent Acquisition, ideal for someone who’s had some experience in recruitment or sourcing and wants to build a long‑term internal career in a business that invests in people.
